Refund Policy

Digital products: because the PDF is delivered instantly, refunds on digital purchases are offered only if the file cannot be accessed and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days. Printed edition: if your book arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
